What is Carolina Creole®? What’s the story behind Carolina Creole®? For almost five decades, the Luquire family has been serving up some of the tastiest creole on eastern seaboard. The recipe hails from Georgetown, South Carolina where the family has cast their shrimp nets and frequented fish camps for generations and found inspiration to create a truly authentic simmer sauce you’ll only find on the Carolina coast.

How is Carolina Creole® prepared? Preparing Carolina Creole® is downright easy. Simply combine the sauce with shrimp, chicken or sausage and simmer in a pan until properly cooked through. Serve over cooked rice or stone ground grits, top with crumbled bacon and dig in!
